Growth is reconstructed from the MT5 deal ledger. At each trading cash event, we multiply the return index by 1 + (realized profit + swap + commission + fee) / balance immediately before the event. Deposits and withdrawals change the account balance, but leave the return index unchanged. This closed-balance, time-weighted calculation accounts for money entering or leaving the account.
Per-instrument growth (Bitcoin or gold) chains only that instrument's trading events using the actual account balance at each event. It is a return contribution on this mixed account, not a simulated standalone account. This account was used primarily for Bitcoin. The range selector zooms the chart; headline metrics always cover the full report.
Growth drawdown measures each decline from the previous peak of the adjusted return index: (peak − current) / peak. It is calculated after each closed trading event. A withdrawal is a cash transfer, not a trading drawdown. The raw balance chart intentionally includes cash transfers.
